When you ask us to follow up

The contact and referral forms collect the contact details, region, service interest, and general message you choose to submit. The optional quiz inquiry also includes your stage, selected priorities, broad area, and preferred next step. Only submit your own details. Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, insurance numbers, or other sensitive health information.

Submitting confirms your permission for Motha Doula to contact you about this inquiry. It does not subscribe you to marketing or confirm a booking. We show a reference only after storage is confirmed.

Where inquiries are kept

Inquiries are stored in a private database in Motha Doula’s Cloudflare account while the owner dashboard is being completed. They may be transferred to Motha Doula’s Supabase workspace when that system is connected. They are not published on the website.

Verification and website hosting

Cloudflare hosts the website and supplies Turnstile verification to help prevent spam. Verification uses technical request information, including your IP address. Website hosting may also process technical request logs. Your inquiry text is not added to application logs.

Questions or removal requests

Call or text Tenise at 240-486-1550 to ask about information you submitted or request its removal. Avoid sending health details by text. These general inquiry forms are for nonmedical service coordination.
